Born 1977 in New Delhi/India.

Vipul Rikhi studied English literature at Sri Venkateswara College at Delhi University from 1995-2000 (MA). Since then he has worked as a teacher, editor, translator and scriptwriter. He is currently based in Bangalore in South India.

He has published collections of short stories and poetry. His novel, 2012 Nights, came out from Fingerpring Press in 2012. His radio play In Hot Water won a »highly commended« special mention in the 2007 BBC International Radio Play Contest.
