Shirin Sabahi

Born 1984 in Tehran/Iran.

Shirin Sabahi studied industrial design at the Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran, photography at the Art University, Tehran, and did her Master of Fine Arts at Malmö Art Academy.

Her work has been shown in solo and group exhibitions worldwide, including HISK, Ghent (2009); Mercosur Biennial, Porto Alegre (2009); Konsthall C, Stockholm (2010); Media City, Canada (2010); Palazzo Ducale, Genova (2010); Platforma Revolver, Lisbon (2011); Devi Art Foundation, New Delhi (2012); Oberhausen Short Film Festival (2012); Saatchi Gallery, London (2012); and CCS Bard, New York (2012).  

Shirin Sabahi works as an artist and filmmaker.
