Sara Salamon works across various artistic disciplines as a visual artist, film editor, and director of photography. Her work often challenges the boundaries of media, driven by an interest in collective wildness and shifting realities. She is particularly drawn to public spaces, specific locations, and unusual media connections.

Salamon has received awards for her collaborative projects, including the 35th Youth Salon and the 55th Zagreb Salon. She has participated in prestigious residency programs such as Q21 at MuseumsQuartier, Vienna/Austria (2021), and the Bergen Center for Electronic Art as part of Future DiverCities in Bergen/Norway (2019).

She is a member of the informal collectives M28 and Platforma za eksperiment, frequently collaborating with Hrvoje Spudić. In 2015, she completed her M.A. in Media Arts and Practices at the Academy of Applied Arts in Rijeka.
