Prashant Prakash works as an actor and writer. He co-founded Quaff Theatre (2008) and Crow (2014) along with Nayantara Kotian.

Acting credits in the theater include Under The Chestnut Tree (India, 2014) and Hayavadana (India, 2012). He has also played lead roles in films such as Rajan Patel’s Feast of Varanasi (2015), Shanawaz Nk’s Candyflip (2015), and Anurag Kashyap’s That Girl in Yellow Boots (2010).

His play The Skeleton Woman, co-written with Kalki Koechlin, won the Hindu MetroPlus Playwright Award 2009 for the best original script in English and has been published by Penguin in a collection of award-winning plays.
