He studied German linguistics. In 1996 he presented his doctoral thesis on Paul Kornfeld.

His activities in the field of literature started in 1988. He worked as a coeditor of literary and cultural magazines.

In 1995, the Patio Verlag, Neu-Isenburg, published his poetry book entitled Am Mensch war Wort.

His works have been published in anthologies and magazines (among others “Die Horen”, “Manuskripte”). Publication in 1998: Extremisten (edition solitude)
