Jenny Brosinski studied illustration (and animation) at Weißensee Kunsthochschule, Berlin/Germany, at École supérieure des arts décoratifs (ESAD), Strasbourg/France, and at the Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften (HAW), Hamburg/Germany. She finished her master class in 2010 in Berlin.
She participated in numerous group exhibitions, including Gallery Klovicevi Dvori, Zagreb/Croatia; Schwarz, Weiss, Laut, Projektraum Römerstraße, Stuttgart; Anonymous Drawings 2013, Temporary Art Centre, Eindhoven/Netherlands; METAmART, Künstlerhaus Wien, Austria; Veilchen, Uferhallen, Berlin.
Jenny Brosinski received several grants and fellowships like a grant of the Kulturverwaltung des Landes Berlin, a fellowship of the Akademie Schloss Solitude, the Elsa-Neumann-Stipendium zur Förderung des künstlerischen Nachwuchses (Berlin), a travel grant and a fellowship of the Franco-German Youth Office.
She published four books with her illustrations and received an award by the Goethe-Institut for her illustrations in the book Die Bürgschaft (Kindermann, 2010).
She participated in the drawing competition Figures Future in Paris/France and was guest of the Centre Culturel Joseph Kessel, Galerie d’Expositions in Villepinte/France as well as honored guest at the internationales literaturfestival Berlin.
