Born 1971 in Belgrade.

Studies in philosophy and dramaturgy at the University of Arts in Belgrade. 1995 Diploma in dramaturgy and in 2002 Master of Arts in theater studies.

Currently he is working as lecturer for the general history of drama and theater at the University of Arts, Belgrade. In addition to teaching he is the artistic director of the theater festival “Sterijino pozorje”, Novi Sad, editor of the theater magazine “Teatron”, Belgrade and a theater critic for the weekly newspaper “Vreme”, Belgrade.

Since 2001 he was involved with different projects, amongst others he developed a new artistic concept for the theater festival “Sterijino pozorje” in Novi Sad (2003-2005), developed a new artistic concept for the theater magazine “Teatron”, published by the Museum of Theater Arts in Belgrade and made the first translation of the famous French playwright Bernard Marie Koltes into Serbian and the first analytic study of his work in Serbian (published by Cenpi, Belgrade 2002).

In 2001 he was given a scholarship for research study in Paris for his masters degree, in the years 2001 and 2004 he was awarded the Serbian National Prize for Theater Criticism.
