Ghukas Khachikyan

Born 1980 in Koti/Armenia.

Ghukas Khachikyan studied economics at the Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction from where he graduated in 2007 with a Master of Economics degree. Currently, he is working on his PhD thesis about the development and perspectives of public administration in Armenia at the Institute of Economics and Management.

Between 2005 and 2007 Khachikyan worked in projects of the NGOs World Vision and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ). Since 2007 he has been financial adviser for the Tavush Marz Koti municipal community.
