Elena Kovylina

Born 1971 in Moscow.

Studied at the Academy of Arts in Moscow, at the Art and Media School” in Zurich and at the Moscow Center of Modern Art.

Since 1999 member of the Russian Professional Union of artists and graphic designers.

Numerous exhibitions and performances including: “The Babel tower” (performance, Art Museum, Samara, 2001), “Partnership of Art” (APT, Moscow, 2001), “The Moment of glory” (Et setera theater, Moscow, 2000), “Freedom for the Butterflies” (Contemporary Art Institute, Moscow, 2000) and “Social machine – Money” (Center for Contemporary Art, Linz, Austria, 1999).

Numerous publications in Russian and international art magazines.
