Born 1964 in Zofingen, Switzerland.
She was trained at the School of Design, Lucerne, at the Printing Department, School of Visual Arts, New York, and at the College for Design, Zurich. Beginning in 1992, she studied philosophy and comparative literature at the University of Zurich.
