Carolin Liedtke

Born 1984 in Neustrelitz/Germany.

Between 2002 and 2009 Carolin Liedtke studied Media Technology with an emphasis on audiovisual technology and light technology at Technische Universität Ilmenau/Germany. Since 2009 she works on her dissertation on interior light quality with an emphasis on stereoscopic image light.

In 2007 she started working at Semperlux AG Berlin/Germany, where she was employed as an engineer of applicaton of lighting since 2009. Additionally, she began working as a research assistant at Technische Universität Berlin with teaching assignments in light and lighting technology in 2010. Focal points in her work are workshops and project works with students. In consequence, she was part of the technical and artistic management of students’ installations at the platform of german-french art: Labo#5 »Natur und Stadt/Nature et ville« (2011) and Labo#6 »Dualität/Dualité« (2012) at Fête des Lumières in Lyon/France.
