Orpheus is the prototype of an opera star and this summer he celebrates his wedding with Eurydike at Schloss Solitude. During the wedding, the bride is murdered. … A celebration of joy turns into a fight between Orpheus and the netherworld. Under the musical direction of Frieder Bernius, the famous baroque opera Orfeo ed Euridice by Gluck will be performed at Schloss Solitude, a popular place for weddings. The performance group post theater (Hiroko Tanahashi/Max Schumacher) stages the drama with multimedia and interdisciplinary elements.
