»ECOFICTIONS«

Welcome to ECOFICTIONS, a creative writing workshop organized by the women artists’ collective Nachtsicht. It invites interested people of all ages to meet and explore nature and urban areas at various locations along the Solitude-Allee (Solitude Avenue) from October 16 to 18, 2020. Which non-human actors populate this axis, and how might we succeed in adopting their perspective? Artist Janina Diller gives the participants tips on how to create texts and stories from their own observations. This results in sound recordings that are made accessible to the public and turn parts of the Solitude Avenue into an audio walk.

ECOFICTIONS is a project affiliated to the Kulturpfad art project at Akademie Schloss Solitude. It aims to reinvigorate the Solitude Avenue with participatory art projects in an artistic, intercommunal manner.

Participation in the workshops is free of charge. A maximum of 12 people can participate.
