FIVE ROOMS – A PERFORMATIVE READING

With contributions of Anna Gschnitzer & Nikolaos Eleftheriadis, Alice Miller, Melody Nixon, Maruan Paschen, Bilal Tanweer and Jessica Bundschuh

Five rooms – five authors. During the reading, the audience passes dark basements, circular staircases and angled rooms. Playing around with the different room situations, the authors create new spaces for the audience to enter: a public bus in the Pakistani megacity Karachi, the bedroom of a couple, or the streets of Berlin.
 
The reading takes place in conjunction with the latest main topic of Akademie Schloss Solitude »Biographies and the Production of Space«.
